  • Book your Wedding Stationer and Calligrapher

12-15 months before the wedding

  • Work with your Wedding Stationer to create your Save the Dates

  • Start working on your Wedding Invitations with your Stationer

9-12 months before the wedding

  • Send out Save the Dates

  • Finalize the Guest List and start collecting guest addresses

  • Start your Wedding Website and work with the Stationer to customize it

6-9 months before the wedding

  • Work with your Calligrapher for Bridesmaids Proposal Cards

  • Send out Bridesmaids Proposal Cards

  • Work with your Stationer to send out Bachelorette Party Invitations, Bridal Shower Invitations 

4-6 months before the wedding

  • Share the Guest Addresses with your Calligrapher

  • Work with your Stationer to create your Wedding Guestbook and Vow Books

  • Work with your Event Manager and Stationer to discuss Entertainment and Information Screens/ Signages

2-4 months before the wedding

  • Send out your Wedding Invitations

  • Work with the Wedding Stationer to create Wedding Programs

  • Work with the Wedding Stationer to create Wedding Menus

  • Work with the Wedding Stationer and Calligrapher to create large Welcome Signages, Acrylic Signages, Dance Floor Decor and other day-of-items such as Toss Cones

  • Work with the Wedding Stationer to create Itineraries and Welcome Cards

  • Work with the Wedding Stationer to finalize content for Entertainment and Information Screen/ Signanges

1-2 months before the wedding

  • Confirm all RSVPs

  • Work with your Calligrapher to create Place Cards

  • Work with your Calligrapher to create Seating Chart

  • Work with your Wedding Stationer and Calligrapher to create Table Numbers

  • Work with the Wedding Stationer to create Favor Tags and Thank You Cards

  • Work with the Wedding Stationer and Calligrapher to create Small Signages such as Guestbook Signage, Gifts and Cards Signage, Cake Toppers etc

  • Work with the Wedding Stationer and Calligrapher to create Customized Shagun Envelopes (Money Envelopes)

1-2 months after the wedding

  • Send out Thank You Cards
