“Everyone discusses my art and pretends to understand,
as if it were necessary to understand,
when it is simply necessary to love.”
-Claude Monet
In another moment of reflection, Monet described, "The noblest pleasure is the joy of understanding." These words hold profound meaning for me, as they beautifully encapsulate the heart of artistry: the balance between the raw, unconditional emotion of love and the quiet satisfaction of understanding- both of which drive my creative journey.
Much like Monet’s brushstrokes, I strive for my work to embody both the simplicity of love and the deeper layers of meaning that bring joy in understanding.
In 2016, I shared with my fiancé a heartfelt vision: I wanted our wedding invitations to reflect our unique love story, infused with our personalities and essence. I imagined creating something so captivating that, at first glance, our guests would be mesmerized- excited and filled with anticipation, already envisioning the magic of the events to come.
Unable to find someone who could understand what I truly wanted and bring this vision to life, I decided to take matters into my own hands. With determination, I designed our wedding invitations myself- crafting my first-ever design for the most special day of our lives.
After earning a degree in engineering and management, working for a couple of years in the corporate world, I came to realize that I longed for a deeper, more personal connection with my creativity. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with couples from all over the world, crafting tangible expressions of their love and stories that transcend words.
While learning piano, I discovered the intricate relationship between discipline and creativity and importance of detail-how each note contributes to the harmony of the whole. This foundation in music eventually inspired me to explore other forms of expression.
It was in the world of tango that I found the perfect interplay between movement and emotion. Tango taught me how passion and control intertwine, how every step tells a story of connection, and how the unspoken dialogue between partners is its own art form. Much like playing the piano, dancing tango revealed the beauty of balancing structure with freedom.
As a child I loved to draw, paint and write in cursive. I would take inspiration form my mom who would write my name in beautiful letters on my notebooks and would draw florals on my request. These lessons shaped not only my approach to music, dance, painting and hand lettering but also my broader creative perspective.
Each project I take on is an opportunity to honor these values- creating something timeless, heartfelt, and deeply personal. I am constantly moved by the incredible couples I have the privilege to work with and feel truly honored to contribute to their unique stories in a small and subtle way.
I am dedicated to my art but what I treasure the most is the opportunity to capture a couple’s unique love story in a tangible, timeless and romantic keepsake that will be cherished for years to come. I’m thrilled to collaborate with you on your wedding stationery and make this experience meaningful and special.
With gratitude,
